WOMEN'S FITNESS BOOTCAMP 101

What is it?

"Women's Fitness Bootcamp 101" is a goal-oriented, comprehensive fitness and nutrition program geared to help you lose weight, get fit and stay healthy. It's a personalized, "non-diet" approach to achieving and maintaining long-term mental & physical health. As a group, we meet 3-4 times a week to sweat, laugh and challenge ourselves!

How long is the program?

We offer several fitness & nutrition packages including 6-week, 12-week, 6-month & 1-year programs, depending on your goals and desired results. We also offer one-on-one personal training programs and in-home training services.

How long is each session?

Each fantastic sweat session is one hour in duration.

What is involved?

Upon registration...

... before the start of the program, you will meet with the instructor for a one-on-one assessment of your personal goals, medical history, dietary habits and fitness level. A body composition analysis (body fat %, weight, etc.), and a series of pre-recruitment fitness tests will be administered to determine your current fitness status and allow for objective, measurable progress.

On the first day...

...of the program, you will be given a training schedule, a personalized weekly meal plan, a stylish "bootcamp" t-shirt, your assessment results and a big congratulations for embarking on this life-changing journey to a new and improved you!!!

What do the workouts consist of?

The highly addictive workouts involve a series of fun and challenging exercises such as cardiovascular drills, resistance training, pilates-based exercises, kickboxing, plyometrics and stretching. Each workout session is different and targets every major muscle group to provide the perfect full-body workout!
